Cashmaxx is free, open-source software provided as is under the MIT License. It can spend real money and act in your name. You decide what it's allowed to do, and you are responsible for what it does.

About these terms

These terms cover this website and the Cashmaxx software published by Neu Software LLC, a company registered in Delaware, United States. The software itself is licensed under the MIT License, and nothing here limits the rights that license gives you. Cashmaxx includes nanobot and other open-source components under their own licences.

Not financial advice

Cashmaxx is an experiment in whether an AI agent can earn more than it costs. It is not an investment product, a financial service, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Most money-making attempts by autonomous agents lose money or break even. Only give it money you can afford to lose entirely.

You are responsible for your agent

Cashmaxx acts on your behalf, using your accounts, keys, and money. You are responsible for everything it does, including:

• the budget, limits, rules, and approvals you configure, and the payments you approve;
• complying with the laws that apply to you, including consumer protection, anti-spam, tax, financial, sanctions, and data protection laws;
• following the terms of every service you connect, such as Stripe, Coinbase, OpenRouter, GitHub, email providers, and social networks;
• the products, code, emails, and posts it creates or sends, and any customers it deals with;
• keeping your machine, keys, and PIN secure.

Don't use Cashmaxx to spam, deceive, trade or speculate with funds, evade platform rules, or do anything unlawful.

Crypto and payment risks

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Mistakes, bugs, compromised keys, model errors, prompt injection, and failures in third-party services can all cause loss. The guard, sandbox, and limits reduce risk but can't remove it. Start on the simulated or test network, and read the safety model and its known limits before funding a real wallet.

AI output

AI models make mistakes. The agent may misjudge demand, write incorrect code, or misread instructions. Review what it does, especially anything public or anything involving money.

No warranty and limited liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, as the MIT License states. To the extent permitted by law, Neu Software LLC and the contributors are not liable for any loss or damage from using Cashmaxx or this website. That includes lost funds, fees, account suspensions, and indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This website

You may use this website to learn about and download Cashmaxx. Don't interfere with it or misuse it. The Cashmaxx name and branding belong to Neu Software LLC.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will publish changes here with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, except where mandatory local law applies. Questions? Email cashmaxx@neu.so.
